Can I reach you via public transportation?

Yes - take the train to Landeck/Zams and from there the bus to the bus stop Pfunds/Kajetansbrücke. From there, it is approximately 30 minutes walking distance to us. We’re happy to explain the way to you. By car it is around 5 minutes - we can of course pick you up before a seminar from the bus station if you notify us in advance.

Can I come with my camping mobile?

Native Spirit is not a camp site. Our guests sleep in heated wooden teepees and/or in our Sami-tent teepees. We don’t have space for camping mobiles and trailers. We do have parking spaces available at the road which ends at our area, but camping there is prohibited by the community. There is a campsite in Pfunds, „Via Claudiasee“, which we recommend. Fro there you can even walk to us (around 30 minutes). If you won’t sleep at our area, please notify us in advance.

Can I arrive a day earlier or depart a day later?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay at Schalklhof before or after the courses. We need the limited spare time between the single courses and seminars for preparations and afterwork, and to rest.

If you want to arrive a day early, please stay in Pfunds or in our closer surroundings in an accommodation (like a hotel). There is a large variety of hotels which you can find online, or you can ask us about our recommendations. Here is a campsite in Pfunds, „Via Claudiasee“, which we recommend. From there you can even walk to us (around 30 minutes).

Is it possible to get to know you before attending a seminar? Can I visit you on dates where there are no seminars?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We have so many courses over the year that we need the limited, spare time between the single courses, trainings, school classes, youth groups, students, companies etc. for preparations and afterwork, and to rest.

For everyone who is interested in our seminars and who wants to get to know us we recommend attending on of our sweat lodges. These are our shortest seminars, they last from Saturday noon until Sunday noon and give a good impression of our work.

We can do an exception if you want to book our place as a seminar place for being there with your own group. Then we are happy to arrange an appointment.

Can I bring my dog?

We ask all dog owners to look for another good place where your dog can stay during your visit here.

Our seminars are intensive and last from really early until quite late. Our experience shows that dog owners are too distracted, which also disturbed other participants.

So please look for another place for your dog - the you can concentrate on yourself and completely let go of being responsible for somebody else.
